BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- Rock Apartment Advisors, a subsidiary of Harbert Realty Services, said it has brokered deals for three apartment communities in transactions that totaled $12.6 million.
>>>The firm represented the seller of Villas at Eagle Landing in a $8.9 million transaction for the 392-unit, gated apartment community in Montgomery. The property includes three pools, three playgrounds, tennis courts and a fitness center. The sales price means the property $22,704 per unit.
>>>Rock represented the seller of the 100-unit Daugett Towers in Gadsden in a $1.4 million deal. The downtown Gadsden property is made up of a 10-story building and a two-story building with amenities for senior residents that include a pool, laundry facility, community rooms and a picnic area.
>>>Rock represented the seller of the 304-unit Townview Towers in Knoxville, Tenn., which fetched $2.3 million
